Wisconsin first time home buyer grants and loan programs - The Wisconsin Partnership for Housing Development (WPHD) offers programs for first time home buyers.

The WPHD offers two Downpayment Plus programs for 2007. The programs offer incentives such as downpayment assistance (up to $5000) per family.

The WPHD also offers a housing development program, which creates affordable home ownership opportunities for eligible lower income buyers in the following communities: Coachyard Square Condominiums - Madison; Oak Glen - Madison; The Uplands - Sun Prairie.
