Ohio First Time Home Buyer Grants and Loan Programs
Ohio first time home buyer grants and loan programs - The Ohio Housing Finance Authority (OHFA) has programs available for first time home buyers.
The programs available offer low and moderate income home buyers a 30 year fixed rate home loan/mortgage at an interest rate below comparable market rates. The program has a two-tiered interest rate structure providing qualified buyers the flexibility of choosing an interest rate that best fits their needs. Home buyers not needing assistance with the downpayment and closing costs can take advantage of OHFA's available mortgage rate. For home buyers that need help with a down payment or closing costs, assistance is available with a slightly higher interest rate.
Check out the
OHFA website to see if you qualify.
