Home ownership is what most people think of as the "American Dream." Most people save and research and put all of their efforts into buying their first home without getting all the proper information they need. Becoming a first time home buyer is not out of reach, if you have the right information!

I'll describe the process we went through when we were first time home buyers. We're just a "regular" people that did the research and got a great deal on my first home - We are not real estate agents, mortgage brokers or anyone else with an "inside track" on buying houses.

Since we were able to do this on our own, and so many of our friends and family members ask us, "How did you do it?", we wanted to share our tips and tricks with others, therefore, the reason for starting this website!
